I own 3 pairs of these red,black and blue.They work well for me because I have a narrow foot and I feel these are on the narrow side.I replace the existing footbed with an orthotic because I overpronate and these accomodate them well.The shell toe offers extra protection for your toes especially for me because I wear them to work on a loading dock and also work inside for a retail store.
