Your Edge Rewards points are not lost! If you have any questions or concerns about your account status or reward balance, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist.
Did you make a purchase in-store or online during this time?
Your points and rewards are not lost! All Edge Rewards points and rewards from transactions during this time will be credited to your account soon. We appreciate your patience while we work hard to bring you an even better Edge Rewards experience, both online and in-store.
Please note: For any Edge Reward points that were set to expire in March or April 2020, the expiration date will now be extended through May 31, 2020.
