What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for online order. We also accept cash for in store purchases.

Can I use a gift card to place online orders?
In-store gift cards are accepted in-store only. E-gift Codes are accepted online only.

Can I change or cancel my order?
After you have completed the checkout process, you are unable to make changes on your order directly on the website. Please contact Customer Service for assistance. In certain circumstances, our customer service team may be able to cancel or make address adjustments to your order before shipment occurs, but they cannot make product adjustments to your order.  We are unable to have parcels re-directed once in transit.  

Are all of your products available Online & In-Store?
Some items may only be available Online. These items are labeled as "Online Only" under Availability in the product description. Products labeled as In Store/Online are available in stores, but not all since assortments vary by location. You can use the "Find it in Store" option on the product page to see if a particular item &/or size is available at a retail location near you by entering your zip code. Not all products available in stores are available online. Please use the search box on the website to look for particular items. Store pricing may vary from website pricing.

Do you have an In-Store Pick Up option?
At this time, we do not have a Buy Online and Pick Up In Store option. However, you can see which of our retail locations have a specific item on the product detail page (select Find it in Store). If the local store has it available, you can call and have them hold the inventory for you and it will be held for you to come purchase at the store.

How is the sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is calculated based the destination of the shipment and the states in which Olympia Sports maintains a place of business.

*All orders are subject to verification and fraud screening prior to shipping. Olympia Sports reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not completely verified and/or restrict sales to known resellers.


How do I make a return or exchange?
We happily accept returns or exchanges at any of the Olympia Sports locations. In-store purchases may only be returned to a physical Olympia Sports location. If you need to return your online order, please visit our returns page for information on how to return your item. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. In the event you have received an incorrect item, or the item is defective, please contact our customer care team to process the return.

How long will a refund take to post to my credit card?
Generally speaking, refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account once the refund is processed. If it has been more than seven days since your return, please reach contact our customer care.

Are Shipping & Handling Fees refunded when I make a return?
We do not refund the initial shipping and handling fees for any return orders.

I used PayPal for my online order. How will I be refunded?
PayPal orders will be refunded directly to your PayPal account for online orders. If you are returning the item in store, you may be refunded in the form of a gift card or to a major credit card. If you prefer the return to be credited to your PayPal account please let the store know.

I paid for my online purchase with a Gift Card or eGift Card, how will my return be credited?
If you paid for an online order, we are only able to return the item for store credit at this time.

I no longer have the credit card that I used for the original purchase online. How will I be refunded?
If you no longer have the credit card, please make a note of this on your return documentation.

In many cases, we are still able to refund to the original account. However, we want to make sure that your refund is properly processed. Please reach out to the customer care team for assistance.

I bought something as part of a BOGO sale and want to return it. How will I get refunded?
If only one item from a Buy One Get One sale is returned, please see below for the refund calculation.

First Item at full current retail is returned, the discount received on the second item will be deducted from the price paid.

Buy One Get One 50% off:
First item - $100
Second item - $80 discounted to $40 (50% off)
Refund amount - $60 ($100-$40=$60)

Second item purchased at the discount is returned, the refund will be what was paid for that item.

Buy One Get One 50% off
First item - $100
Second item - $80 discounted to $40 (50% off)
Refund amount - $40 ($80-$40=$40)

Can I ship my order to an international address?
We do not ship to any destination outside of the United States. Additionally, we are not able to accept any forms of payment with a billing address outside of the United States.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
We currently cannot ship to PO Boxes.

If I order multiple items within the same order, will they arrive in one box?
We may ship your order from multiple locations depending on availability at no additional cost to you. You will receive a shipment confirmation email for each shipment with tracking information. If you are a registered user on our site, you will also be able to view the progress of each order, including all tracking information.

Can I choose Expedited shipping?
We do not offer Expedited shipping at this time.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order by using the data in your shipment confirmation email. If you are a registered user on our site, you can log into your account and view the progress of your orders.
