Shopping

What forms of payment do you accept?
For online purchases we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Olympia Sports Gift Cards, Olympia Sports eGift Cards, and PayPal.  When purchasing online you may only use up to five(5) Olympia Sports Gift Card or Olympia Sports eGift Card per order.  For in-store purchases we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Olympia Sports Gift Cards, Olympia Sports eGift Cards, Checks, and Cash.

Can I change or cancel my order?
After you have completed the checkout process, you are unable to make changes on your order directly on the website.  In certain circumstances our customer service team, may be able to make changes or cancel your order before the shipment occurs.  Please email customer service at customerservice@olympiasports.net or call 1-844-511-1721 between the hours of 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Do you have an In-Store Pick Up option?
At this time, we do not have a Buy Online and Pick Up In Store option.  However, you can see which of our retail locations have a specific item on the product detail page (select find it in store).  If the local store has it available, you can call and have them hold the inventory for you and it will be held for you to come purchase at the store.

How is the sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is calculated based the destination of the shipment and the states in which Olympia Sports maintains a place of business.

 

Shipping

Can I ship my order to an international address?
We are unable to support the use of international billing or shipping addresses as we do not ship to any destination outside of the United States at this time.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes.

Can I ship to a Military APO/FPO Address?
Yes, we can ship to an APO/FPO address, however the delivery time maybe longer.  Once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO we are unable to track the shipment.

If I order multiple items within the same order, will they arrive in one box?
We may ship your order from multiple locations depending on availability at no additional cost to you.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email for each shipment with tracking information.  If you are a registered user on our site, you will also be able to view the progress of each order, including all tracking information.

Can I choose Expedited shipping?
We do not offer Expedited shipping at this time.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order by using the data in your shipment confirmation email. If you are a registered user on our site, you can log into your account and view the progress of your orders.

  

Returns

How do I make a return or exchange?
You can visit any Olympia Sports and our sales associates would be happy to help you with an exchange or return.  You can also mail your return back to us.  For instructions visit our return page.

How long will a refund take to post to my credit card?
Refunds that are credited to your credit card should appear on your account within 5-7 days of when the return is processed at our Distribution Center. 

Are Shipping & Handling Fees refunded when I make a return?
When you make a return in one of our stores or by mail, there will be no refund for shipping & handling fee.

I used PayPal for my online order.  How will I be refunded?
We will complete the refund through PayPal and should appear in your account within 5-7 days of when the return is processed at our Distribution Center.

I paid for my online purchase with a Gift Card or eGift Card, how will my return be credited?
We will issue an Olympia Sports Gift Card in the amount of the refund and it will be mailed out to you within 5-7 days of the return being processed at our Distribution Center.

I no longer have the credit card that I used for the original purchase online.  How will I be refunded?
Please make a note of this on your documentation that you have included in the return (packing list or order confirmation) and customer service will contact you to process a refund after the return has been processed through our Distribution Center.

I bought something as part of a BOGO sale and want to return it.  How will I get refunded?
If only one item from a Buy One Get One sale is returned, please see below for the refund calculation

First Item at full current retail is returned, the discount received on the second item will be deducted from the price paid. 

Buy One Get One 50% off

  • First item - $100
  • Second item - $80 discounted to $40 (50% off)
  • Refund amount - $60 ($100-$40=$60)
  • Second item purchased at the discount is returned, the refund will be what was paid for that item.

Buy One Get One 50% off

  • First item - $100, 

  • Second item - $80 discounted to $40 (50% off)

  • Refund amount - $40 ($80-$40=$40)
