We have adopted new ways to shop in our stores while we work hard to keep our customers, employees, and community safe. Whether you’re looking for a contactless shopping experience or need to speak with a product expert, we have multiple options to fit your needs!

Curbside Pickup
If you prefer a contactless option, we are offering curbside pickup in most locations. Call your local store to place an order over the phone and arrange a time to pickup.

Concierge Service
We will continue to offer this option, so don’t hesitate to call us for questions, guidance, expertise, virtual fittings and more!

The Sidewalk Shop
As weather permits, we will have an open-air, contactless shopping experience set-up just outside the doors of select store locations where you can shop top trending styles without having to step foot indoors. Call your local store for details.

Store Safety Measures
Keeping Associates Safe:
A process is in place to check employee temperatures prior to their shift. Employees will be required to wear a mask / face covering while working.
Cash Register Safety:
A plexiglass sneeze guard will be installed at the register. After a completed transaction, employees will wipe down the pin pad and counter to prepare for the next customer.
Increased Store Cleaning:
The stores will be constantly sanitized. All throughout the day you will find employees cleaning doors, windows, handles, tables, fitting rooms, etc. This is in addition to opening and closing cleaning measures, as well as an additioinal deep clean of the store weekly.
Store Occupancy and Rearrangement:
Depending on state and local guidelines, we will monitor the number of customers in the store. To provide you with a safer and more comfortable shopping experience, we will rearrange fixtures to ensure you are able to social distance while navigating the store.
